I see so many programs for menopause, however most of them suggest to slow down, which is not a bad advice if you can afford it. But what if you can't? What if you are busy employee, manager, CEO, CFO, busines owner and maybe on top of this you are a parent? What if also you have to look after your parents? These are all challenges that we face in a menopausal age. And the most and far most important during this time is to PRESERVE THE ENERGY.
You cannot imagine how many women I see every day in the corporate world in their menopause age that are trying to manage work and family while dealing with headaches, hot flashes, pain and fatigue. However very few are ready to change their nutrition and lifestyle to get on top of these things. It does not take much - you need to twist you diet, and change a few habits to wake up energetic and ready to crush the day. Do not let this phase in your life to take away the joy of waking up with smile every morning. My firm opinion and experience indicate you cannot just breeze throughout menopause without changing nutrition and exercise. What has worked before will not work at this stage of your life.
